Itinerary details Day to Day activities

Day 1 - Arrival

You will be picked up at Kilimanjaro International Airport by our guide and transferred to the hotel/lodge 

Day 2 - Arusha - Tarangire

After having your breakfast, depart from Arusha at 8:00 am to Tarangire National Park, the distance from Arusha to Tarangire is 2 hours’ drive. Upon arriving in Tarangire at 10 am you will have a full day game drive, afterwards, the driver will stop and prepare a table for your hot lunch and continue with a game until evening. You will be transferred to your Lodge in Tarangire for Dinner and rest to prepare for the next day’s drive.

Day 3 - Tarangire Hot Air Balloon Ride - Zanzibar

Tarangire is so beautiful to complete in a day Game Drive, the majority of travelers to the region either miss out on Tarangire altogether or venture into the park for a matter of hours leaving parts of Tarangire almost untouched.

After leisure breakfast, you will be short briefed by our Guide then straight to the game Drive where you may have animal tracing and also a Hot Air Balloon safari in Tarangire National Park, In the afternoon you will have some lunch and prepare for your flight to Zanzibar in the evening.

Day 4 - Zanzibar Stone Town

After your breakfast at your hotel, your guide will take you to stone town tour where you will walk through the town and learn about its history, then after lunch your guide will take you to your hotel in the north part of Zanzibar. 

Day 5 - Zanzibar Jozani Forest

After your breakfast in the hotel, you can go to Jozani forest and Spice Tour 

Jozani Forest consists of 40 bird species which include black-bellied starlings, brown-headed parrots, mouse-colored sunbirds, and many others.

Red Colobus Monkeys can only be found in Jozani Forest and nowhere else in the world. They don’t seem to be bothered by a human presence so it’s a fantastic opportunity to take pictures up close also The stunning flora hosts over 100 species of butterflies. Then your guide will take you to Spice farm where you will learn how fruits and spices are harvested and used for before modern medicine. Finally, you will get to taste exotic organic fruits with infused spice tea and coffee.

You will have lunch and head back to your hotel for your dinner and relaxation.

Day 6 - Zanzibar Beaches

After your breakfast, you will go to the beach for relaxation, the beach around this place is really fabulous with the white sands that make you have maximum enjoyment and a memorable holiday. 

Day 7 - Departure

After your breakfast, you will check out from your hotel and head to the airport, and be ready to catch your onward flight.
